1-on-1 Coaching

Working together, we uncover any limiting beliefs and rewrite narratives around these to help you embrace the best version of yourself. Whether you consciously searched for a coach or used key words such as ’empowerment’, ‘accountability’, ‘talk therapy’, ‘counselling’, ‘mental health’, ‘strengths’, ‘need direction’, you have taken the first step in investing in yourself.

Since December 2025, every Victorian employer has a legal duty to proactively identify, assess, and control psychosocial hazards in their workplace – things like bullying, exposure to trauma, excessive workloads, poor management, and unclear roles. And the law is clear: training alone is not enough. Real changes to leadership, work design, and culture are now required.

Cristina Rojas Coaching is your one-stop shop for full compliance and genuine cultural change – from psychosocial hazard awareness and trauma-informed practice, to cultural safety training, leadership coaching, and ongoing organisational support.

Outer Urban Projects is a community arts and cultural development performing arts company based in Melbourne’s outer north. We were heading into a large performance and film work with a team of 50, many who had experience of gender and race based violence, war and terror — experiences reflecting the concepts and themes of the work. Prior to rehearsal, as a lead team, we undertook a professional development session on trauma-informed approaches with Cristina. The workshop was invaluable in helping us understand, navigate and support those with experiences of trauma within our team and audiences, while maintaining the common goal of delivering a large show. We prioritised setting safe and supportive frameworks partnered with specialist arts mental health and wellbeing services throughout. Cristina’s trauma-informed workshops should be mandatory for any arts organisation striving for best practice wellbeing employment and engagement.
